The Black Filmmakers Film Festival team aims to assist, collaborate with and empower aspiring black filmmakers, both locally and internationally.
Every last Wednesday of the month, the collective hosts a screening of short Afrocentric films.
Though these screenings are often held at 75 Harrington Street, this month the venue changes to 6 Spin Restaurant in the City Bowl.
Booking is essential. Buy a ticket to the Black Filmmakers Film Festival event Ndim Ndim Cinema – Movies in My Lounge and get in for free. DVDs by Big World Cinema will also be on sale for R120 each.
