The Cape Town Big Band Jazz Festival and the Steelband Project bring you The Cape Town Steelband Festival. Steelbands from suburban and township schools will entertain audiences with their musical skills.
The Steelband Project was set up in 1997 to provide quality music education to young people, especially under-resourced communities and ‘youth-at-risk’ in the Western Cape.
