Tyisa Nabanye, Signal Hill

Eat-In is a series of food-related events which take place in various areas around Cape Town to celebrate cultural exchange and unity.

This is the second edition of Eat-In and it’s being held at Tyisa Nabanye, which is a non-profit urban agriculture organisation that grows food on the slopes of Signal Hill.

Different chefs will be sharing their recipes and telling the stories behind them. You can also expect talks about nutrition.

This event symbolises a way to help develop food production concepts in the townships in and around Cape Town and bridge the gap between people of different cultures.

Bookings are not required. Donations are appreciated and you are encouraged to bring some food to share.
