    South Africa’s first Fisherman’s Friend Strongman Run 2016 will be held in Paarl this October.

    The Fisherman’s Friend Strongman Run is the world’s biggest cross-country obstacle race, which is usually held in Europe. The race includes a cross country obstacle race that consists of swimming, climbing and crawling obstacles. Runners can enter as individuals or in teams.
