Hotel magnate, Sol Kerzner, has unveiled his recent project – a luxurious high security estate in Cape Town. He collaborated with his daughter Andrea on the project, situated between Llandudno and Hout Bay in Leeukoppie.

Known for his specific style and lavishness, Kezner’s other notches on his property belt include Sun City, The Lost City, Sandton Sun, The Elangeni Hotel and The Beverly Hills Hotel. He announced his retirement from the hotel business and said he was looking to get into residential property in 2017.

His hotels globally include Atlantis Dubai, the One & Only Mexico, the One & Only Australia, the One & Only Mauritius and the One & Only Bahamas.

The estate in Leeukoppie will offer the most unique, resort-style, services like horse riding lessons, catering services, housekeeping and even airport transfers.

There will be 48 sites for luxury homes, all built to be environmentally friendly.

The development’s site states the estate has been designed to be ‘eco-aware’. Extra measures have been taken to enhance the surrounding natural beauty.

Prices range from R20.5 million for a 374 sqm house on a 1060sqm property, to R30.5 million for a 738sqm home on a 1487sqm property.
