    Hi Amy, I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. I do believe that your money has been refunded for an item which was out of stock. I'm sorry about the frustration caused but we have really tried to get everything that everyone asked for over the festive season and I do apologise for the item not being delivered.

    Ew why would you collaborate with Zando! Worse e-commerce company ever. Just look at all these reviews... clearly they don't know what they are doing. It's a good thing people are catching on to the # boycott Zando movement. What a pathetic and useless company. Not to mention that they steal money from customers and refuse to give over the product.
