SMAK is the newest deli and restaurant to hit lower Bree Street and is the brainchild of two young chefs, Katia Scherf and Devin Hogan. They combined their individual expertise in pastry and local ingredients to create a fusion inspired menu using only the finest produce Cape Town has to offer.
Both Katia and Devin gained priceless experience training at The Test Kitchen and have both studied and worked overseas to bring a global flavour to the menu at SMAK.
