Malone Souliers, the luxury footwear label, is being signed to Maison Mara’s boutique.
Mary Alive Malone, the creator of Malone Souliers, has become well known for creating striking shoe designs. This collaboration came about when Kelly Mara Withey of the Maison Mara boutique fell in love with the Malone Souliers style. She loved the chemical-free dyes and foiled gold logos.
Maison Mara has introduced five Malone Souliers designs to their range. The favourites are as follows: Maureen mules, which are available in antique rose and black. These mules were handcrafted in Italy and have dainty patent-leather straps to wear when the weather is hot. The Savannah, a sexy lace-up stiletto, has a 4.25 inch stiletto heel and ankle tie.
These sophisticated shoes are available in Cape Town and via the online store two to four times a year.
