One of the newest hotels in Cape Town, the Ritz, will be hosting a stylish New Year’s Eve party at the Top of the Ritz. Each table will receive a bottle of French Champagne to enjoy with an exquisite main course.

3. Roast and Co
Want a chilled new year, with good food? The Roast & Co will be hosting a dinner and dance, with delicious farm-style food.

4. La Parada
If you’re a huge fan of Jimmy Nevis, or former Just Jinjer Frontman Ard Matthews, you can catch them live at La Parada at Constantia Neck on New Year’s Eve. You can catch the pair jamming on stage while local DJ Will Travel keeps you entertained.
Cost: R450pp for general access tickets. R1500/p for a three-course dinner at Harbour House (just next door) including a glass of bubbly, as well as your ticket to the event. 5. Beer House
Free tequila shots and Mardi Gras beads? Sounds like a perfect New Year’s Eve jol. Beerhouse on Long Street is the place you want to be. Iconic musician Michael Canfield will be performing throughout the evening.

6. Beluga
Beluga Resturant in Green Point will be hosting a dress to impress dining experience this New Year’s Eve. Enjoy a lavish supper in the old 100-year-old building where Beluga is situated. The theme for the party will be “extravaganza” so you are forced to pull out all the stops.

7. Hard Rock Cafe
Cape Town’s hottest brand spanking new Camp’s Bay spot will be hosting their very first New Year’s Eve party. Guests can expect a three-course meal and a bottle of wine. The entertainment will also be off the charts, Acoustic legend PEYOTI, will be performing as the guests usher in the new year.

8. Lou Lou’s Bar:
Lou Lou’s bar is also hosting their first New Year’s Eve party and it promises to be a memorable one. Guests are encouraged to get creative, whether its bedazzled, sequined or traditional, come dressed to impress and don’t forget your mask. The menu includes Argentinian Prawns and Norwegian salmon.
Cost: General admission starts at R650pp. If you want to upgrade, R850pp covers canapes and entrance. Indulge in the five-course set menu for R1295pp. Alternatively, book a booth for you and seven friends – at R12 000 for eight people, which includes admission, a choice of two premium bottles of GH Mumm, Chivas Regal, Avion Reposado Tequila and Absolut Elyx, this is a sweet deal.
