Chicago The Musical

The world renowned, award-wining broadway and West End musical performance of Chicago will make its way to South Africa in 2019. Cape Town will once again be entranced by the magic of Chicago as it performs ‘All that Jazz’, ‘Cell Block Tango’ and more.

Chicago will perform at the Artscape Theatre in Cape Town from 15 March until 14 April 2019 and thereafter head too Montecasino’s Teatro in Johannbesburg from 20 April to 26 May 2019. Bookings for the event can be made at Computicket.

The sultry and sexy performance of Chicago has viewers attending from all around the world and has a popular standing in South Africa as it returns for the third time. The use of an orchestra during the performance adds to the authenticity of the musical.

Winner of six Tonys, two Oliviers, one Grammy, two Baftas and six Academy Awards, CHICAGO is the longest-running musical revival in Broadway history and truly is “The sharpest, slickest show on the block” (The Times, UK).
