For mains, Executive Chef Stephen Fraser has created three appetising new dishes for this special day. Choose between a slow cooked shoulder of Boland Lamb, pan-fried Seabass or Supreme of Chicken with a Prawn centre. Dessert is guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth. The assiette of Green Apple, Buttermilk curd and Red Velvet swirl will complete what promises to be a memorable day for the whole family.
