Burger King South Africa has joined the ranks of their counterparts, such as Mcdonalds, Steers and Derbonairs with the launch of its official app. The launch offers a free Whooper junior burger for the first 5 000 people who download the app.

The Whooper junior burger is made up of a flame grilled beef burger patty and the same ingredients as the normal Whooper but in a mini packed size.

Those that download the app will be offered a complimentary burger – offers are limited to one per person.

Once you have downloaded the app – a text message is sent to confirm the use of your unique QR code to scan and claim your free mini Whooper junior along with an in-app notfication.

The app will allow consumers to purchase items from the take away chain with the use of their smartphones through linking their cards to the app. The service includes sending Burger King gifts to your family and friends.

A minimum of R50 vouchers can be sent to your contacts list to use at Burger King.

The app allows you to locate the nearest branch to you and states if you can claim your free Whooper junior burger at the specific branch.

The offer will last until all 5 000 free burger vouchers are sent out so hurry and grab yours while you still can.
