Imagine if you will. 2 000 people partying on a beach. Psychedelic decor that would put a kaleidoscope to shame. Good vibes. I do need to mention the beach part again. This is Masqued Ball.
The festival takes place this weekend and if the previous year’s festivity at this venue is anything to go by, it will be a jol to be remembered for eons to come. Alien Safari has consistently been throwing psychedelic trance parties in Cape Town for the past 20 years and is one of the leaders in local party production.
But here’s the snag. Tickets have pretty much sold out and your best bet now is to beg, borrow and steal (don’t) or trawl Gumtree for available tickets. The latter is not really recommended but such desperate measures are warranted for a party of this nature.
