The right lane on Cape Town’s busy Mowbray off-ramp was temporarily closed earlier this morning after it was reported that traffic was being obstructed by a stationary car on fire.
The vehicle, a VW Golf, was in flames on the N2 inbound, and no injuries have been reported.
The lane reopened, and the cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
