According to the Sunday Times, the fully furnished, three-storey, 5200 square metre home includes seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, eight garages, two luxury cars to put in those garages, all the art in the home, and a spectacular view of the Atlantic Seaboard to the east and the Twelve Apostles and Clifton to the west. There are two plots of open land on each side of this Bantry Bay property to ensure that nothing is built around the home and to give residents complete privacy. CT Property

The house was designed by SAOTA, a Cape Town based international architecture and design practice.

Dogon Property Group’s Adrien Epstein stated that the home was sold to a German couple who were looking for a property in Ibiza or St Tropez, but fell in love with this property upon a visit to Cape Town and ultimately broke the record for the most expensive house sold in Cape Town by approximately R190 million.
