It’s as if a magic wand has been waved over the seemingly drab corners of the province – the natural landscape of the Western Cape has come to life with the most magnificent spring flower display.

From as far south as Cape Point, following the Atlantic coastline up to Langebaan – without forgetting the flower capitals of Darling and then Niewoudtville – right up to Namaqualand, it’s happening now. Countless flowers of nearly every imaginable colour are rising up to greet the spring sunshine.

Love the vivid colours of the flower season in the Western Cape – no entry, keep left! #postberg #capetown #flowerseason #flowers
