Gather your flow toys, bring your good vibes and chase that winter chill away with a free spin jam with Hoop Flow Love. This is the second First Monday spin jam, and is all set to be fun evening.
The jam is taking place in the Sea Point High School and the cost is a donation toward non-profit organisation Circles of Life. Music will set the tone for the night and if you do not have your own flow toys, you can rent at the event for a mere R10.
Start off the week with a little Hoop Flow Love.
