A unique outdoor experience that couldn’t appeal to Capetonians more, Dirtopia has launched a “yogathlon” in the cape winelands, on the scenic Delvera Farm on Sunday 3 December 2017.

The Yogathlon is a combination of trail running and mountain biking with yoga, outdoor-lovers can choose between a 5km, 7km or 12,5km run followed by a 45 minute yoga session. Alternatively, you’ll be able to start your day with a social mountain bike ride with David Hogan from 7:30am, followed by yoga and a short meditation on the Dirtopia Cafe lawn at 9:30am.

At R150 per person, a ticket includes a permit for a run or ride, a self-help refreshment station on route and at the finish, as well as the yoga and meditation session. Registration starts from 7am, with the run kicking off at 8am. Enter online here, entires close Friday 1 December 2017.

The Dirtopia Trail Centre is based on Delvera Farm on the R44 between Stellenbosch and Klapmuts. Created to proved active traveller with hiking and mountain bike trail information, as well as serve as a base for permit sales for a range of trails in the Klapmutskop Conservancy.
