The barnacle necklace from Yellow jewellery is a stunning statement piece that fuses nature into wearable art.
Cape Town-based jewellery design studio, Yellow was founded by Jessica Lea, who creates beautiful pieces by hand using sterling silver, semi-precious stones, brass and found objects. Jessica learned her craft through experimentation before enroling in a jewellery course in New York. Yellow jewellery has been exhibited at various shows and markets around the world.
Each piece in the barnacle collection is hand-carved from wax before being cast in sterling silver, brass or gold.
Necklaces are sterling silver and come in lengths of 40 to 60 cm.
