The march was organised by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) and started in District Six and ended at Parliament, according to News24.
Usuf Chikte, PSC spokesperson, stated that the organisation wanted Parliament to pass the ‘Apartheid Bill’, which would ‘domesticate the Apartheid Convention’ into South African law.
This follows after earlier this year, South Africa acceded to the United Nations’ International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid (UN ICSPCA).
