Cotton On Kids promotes an understanding of and support for disability inclusion by introducing Quiet Hour into their stores for all customers who find it challenging to shop in a heightened sensory environment.

The brand wanted to make sure that its customers with an atypical sensory processing disorder felt safe and at ease in its stores.
Quiet Hour will be run weekly on Thursdays from 3.30pm to 4.30pm all through October to December; thereafter, it will run on the first Thursday of every month from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
Here are some of the in-store changes Cotton On Kids will be implementing during Quiet Hour:
- Music and TVs will be turned off
- A pause on all the stock work
- No clutter and a maintained level of tidiness
