If you haven’t checked out the insanely cool art gallery and bespoke cocktail lounge, Upstairs by [Spasie] yet, this First Thursday is the perfect time.

They will be launching an exhibition titled EBB AND FLOW[ER] by Jeanne Hugo and Elmarie van Straten. The title winks at the ocean’s tides, the power it holds to carry migrants from shore to passing shore and the free flowing nature of cultural rise and fall.
