Cape Town Hi-Fi Club

The Vinyl Faire is hosted five times a year. Every three months (December included), music lovers gather at the default venue; Wynberg Boys’ Junior School. LPs, CDs, DVDs and a small quantity of audio electronics is what’s usually sold at the music market. If you have gadgets and music equipment that you’d like to trade, then Vinyl Faire is for you.

Admission to the event is free to the public. If you want to trade, you have to be a member of the club first. Registration starts at 8:45 am – bring the annual fee of R120 with you. You’ll be assigned a table and can trade for a R50 fee for the day. Traders are allowed to hire two tables if necessary.

There’s parking for about 25 cars on the school grounds.

Boerewors rolls are sold on the premises for R20, and you’ll get tea and coffee for just R5 a cup.
