60 top wineries arranged around the perimeter of the ballroom at the Table Bay Hotel will each present their flagship white wines for tasting.
The wine will be put on show by the winemaker personally, whom you can engage with and learn from in an informal yet organised atmosphere.
You will get a glass and a programme at the entrance, then walk around tasting at your pace.
