The Hartenberg Wine Estate is admired for being one of the oldest and best producers of Shiraz in the country. The 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa shows its appreciation of their wine. The Azure Restaurant at the hotel hosts a Wine Dinner, courtesy of the Hartenberg Wine Estate.
Executive Chef of Azure Restaurant, Christo Pretorius, will prepare his magical dishes. The menu for the night is a four-course dinner. It includes wine, water and gratuity.
