Tru-Cape is hosting a Heritage Orchard open day and guided tour for a limited public group to share their historic apple and pear trees.
Tru-Cape Fruit Marketing is South Africa’s biggest marketer of apples and pears. This two-hour event will be presented by Tru-Cape’s Quality Assurance Manager, Henk Griessel.
This is an excellent opportunity to see, pick and taste fruit which is not in commercial production anymore.
Please note that there are no bathroom or refreshment facilities in the orchard. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring appropriate weather and sun protection.
