It’s always nice to go back to classic dishes of bygone days, every Thursday De Grendel Winery will be preparing some of our old favourites with a modern twist!
In-house chef Ian Bergh will be cooking up a storm with his unique reinventions of Avocado ritz topped with ice cream, beef wellington and oupa’s traditional tripe.
