Rustenburg Girls’ High School, Rosebank

There are over 7 000 homeless people living on the streets of Cape Town.

The learners of the Rustenburg Girls’ High School will be putting themselves in the shoes of the homeless at a School Sleep-out.

The students will sleep outside, either in a sleeping bag or on a piece of cardboard. They will be expected to attend school the next morning.

Rustenburg Girls’ High challenged other girls’ schools to come and join them, so if you are part of one, why not rise up and accept?

The aim of the School Sleep-out is to create awareness and raise money for the homeless.
