The five-star hotel, Taj is located in the CBD and offers a lavish Jazz brunch to celebrate the Spring season. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and can indulge in homemade granola sundaes with yoghurt, savoury dishes such as West Coast oysters, mini prawn cocktails or a selection from their Sunday’s roast menu.
The Taj Jazz brunch is family-friendly as they offer a kiddies menu with options such as French toast with bacon and maple syrup or Spaghetti aglio olio with sundried tomatoes, olives and feta. It will happen in the first Sunday of every month starting in September.
