We’re fortunate enough to write about some of the coolest spots Cape Town has to offer. As part of a team building session, the Cape Town Etc team went on an awesome adventure around the Mother City. A scorching 26 degrees Celcius (in the middle of winter!), bags packed, cameras in hand, and we were all set for our exploration day.

Our adventure started off by waiting for the City Sightseeing Red Bus. We were super excited and couldn’t wait for the bus to arrive. The ride was educational and included funny audio commentary as we drove past historical buildings and statues.

The bus took us up to base of Table Mountain and this was a special moment for one of our digital interns as it was her first time visiting one of the most beautiful New7Wonders of the world.

The team then took the Table Mountain Cableway to the top of the mountain, we enjoyed cooldrinks in the sun as we took in the breathtaking views and made our way back down via cable car. We hopped back on the bus, which took us on a scenic drive past Camps Bay beach. The weather was perfect for a swim, but our hunger pains urged us to stop at the V&A Waterfront, where we ended off our team building session with a late lunch and drinks at Primi Piatti.

Naturally, as social media enthusiasts, we posted our adventures on the Cape Town Etc Snapchat account, you might have seen it this past weekend. If you missed it, you can follow our next adventure on Snapchat by adding @capetownetc. Here’s a special breakdown of what the team got up to:
