Often, it takes an outsider looking in to appreciate a good thing. I’m a small-town girl with a big-dream attitude. Cheesy, but true.

My hometown could best be described as “the dorpie you drive through to get to the place you’d rather be.” And so, Cape Town became my land of milk and honey.

The opportunity to work on Cape Town Etc is, perhaps, my greatest adventure yet – a chance to pour out my love for this city and learn from the very people who make it tick – you

The Mother City – a place where opportunity and creativity live in the air, pulse in the streets and ooze from every atom. A chunk of mountain and sea that I needed to become part of.

And so, I hope that this platform becomes a channel of communication; a beautiful space that pulls together the many facets that make this place (my home, our home) exceptional.

It’s a privilege to be part of this life-giving-life relationship, to tell stories, share experiences, and celebrate a truly good thing: Cape Town.

Let’s get to know each other?
