How Bao Now
I’ve always had a hidden obsession with finding the perfect Bao Bun in Cape Town, writes Cape {town} Etc’s Lynn Cupido. And this fluffy culinary slice of heaven may just be the holy grail I’ve been in search of. Located at the Old Biscuit Mill, it’s not exactly a dinner option, but you’re more than welcome to grab an armful of bao buns and take it home with you (just make sure you pay first). They also offer brisket and kimchi, Szechuan fried chicken, and beef short rib, with plenty of vegan options too!
