Every year Travel & Leisure releases their World’s Best Awards aimed at recognising excellence in specific fields and their ‘Top 10 City Hotels in Africa’ list has truly brought to light the excellent city hotel offerings in Cape Town.
The list comprises of 10 of the best city hotels in Africa, seven of which can be found right here in the Mother City. Readers are asked to rank their favourite hotels with reference to facilities, services, location, overall value and food. A curated list is then produced from these rankings to help travellers pick their next city stay when visiting Africa.
The only accommodation that made the list and is not in The Mother City, is The Four Seasons Hotel in Johannesburg at number 8, Giraffe Manor in Kenya coming in at number 6 and Saxon Hotel, Villa & Spa also in Johannesburg ranked as second best city hotel in Africa.
