1. Crochet – Intermediate Workshop with Nicola the Yarn Lady

This workshop is perfect for those who already know the basics of crochet and need more to level up your skills further. Each intermediate workshop is different depending on the needs of the participants. Maybe you’d like to learn how to change colours or how to do front- and back-post double crochet. Maybe you want to perfect your popcorn stitches or puff stitches. Or maybe you simply want to review some of the basics again. 2. Knitting a stunning scarf and Beanie ( Beginners class)

Have your head and neck suffered recently as winter rolls in? Then this workshop is perfect for you. This beginners class, lead by accomplished knitter Gloria, is ideal for those who have never touched a needle before, but who wish to learn this useful skill. Not only does knitting provide you with articles of clothing, it is also an amazing activity that helps with depression and mindfulnesss.

3. Sunset in Africa – Beginners art

4. Cold Process Soap Making – A Calendula infused facial soap with clay (Beginners course)
Date: Saturday 11 Jun
Learning how to make an artisnanal soap will not just allow you to produce your own skincare product, but it is also a fabulous hobby and can even be a successful business. In this workshop, customers will learn how to make a calendula-infused facial soap with porcelain clay, which can be used as a gentle exfoliator. The course also includes a PDF manual to take home after.

5. Learn the art of macramé (knotting) and make a macramé hanging plant hanger
Date: Saturday 18 Jun
In this two-and-a-half-hour workshop, you’ll learn three fundamental macramé knots that will allow you to make your own macramé plant hanger. The three knots you’ll learn are the gathering knot, the square knot, and the spiral knot, and how to combine those knots to make a plant hanger of your own design. Please note that the plant pot is not included.
