Jack Black

Family owned business Jack Black Brewing Co, has become one of Cape Town’s most sought-after craft beers. Beer-lovers can visit the taproom in Diep River to enjoy all of their beers on offer. Brewery tours to learn more about the history of Jack Black’s and the art of brewing are also available.

Ukhamba Beerworx

Nguni history shows that beer was brewed in an ukhamba, or clay pot, and shared among tribesmen. Ukhamba Beerworx brings the traditional Nguni beer experience to a modern crowd. The Woodstock microbrewery’s brewer, Lethu Tshabangu, creates three main beers: the golden, crisp and refreshing lager, Section 25, Sorghum Saison, Utywala, and their IPA, called State Capture

 

Banana Jam

Banana Jam, located in Kenilworth, has been serving up local beers since 2007. With 30 beers on tap and 80 in bottle, beer-lovers can enjoy a massive range of flavours. Guests can also enjoy an array of Caribbean themed foods and cocktails.
