Christel House South Africa is a non-profit school based in Swallowcliffe Drive, Ottery. The school offers no-fee scholarships to children from 20 disadvantaged communities.
The school looks to succeed in breaking the cycle of poverty and building a self-sufficient member in every child who comes from a less fortunate background.
Thanks to MySchool My Village My Planet and Builderssa, the school now has more accessible classrooms for Grade RR in order to help create a better life for less fortunate children.
On August 2, the school welcomed their very first Grade RR students, who were proudly wearing their brand new Christel House uniform. A total of 60 4-year-olds were very excited to start their first day of school and meet some new friends.
