Curated by Coco Safar’s Global Executive Chef from New York, Rory MacDonald’s highly anticipated New York Pâtisserie Collection is ready to tantalise your taste buds, offering an experience no connoisseur of flavours and textures, layers and treats tempted with far more than sugar, will want to miss out on.
The New York Pâtisserie Collection marks something of an exchange between Coco Safar and New York. Late last year, Coco Safar announced that its first location in New York City was underway, just off 5th Avenue on Union Square no less!

As for the Collection, I had the wonderful experience of reviewing Chef MacDonald’s imaginings, which in summary serve as both visual and edible art, writes Cape {town} Etc’s Ashleigh Nefdt.
Each treat came with its own story, designs that could feed any aesthetic cravings, and of course, a safari of layered tastes.
You won’t be met with a simple sugary experience with this collection, but rather a palatable unboxing of tastes you’d never imagine to pair.
