Unless you live next to a farmers market or grow your own vegetables, plastic-free shopping can be quite a challenge. Thankfully, Cape Town is well on it’s way to becoming an Earth conscious city with a wide range of sustainable shopping choices now available. Here are 5 places for guilt-free shopping…

1. Nude Foods

Nude Foods is a bulk grocer that offers a plastic-free shopping experience. From kombucha on tap to homemade almond nut butter, the 100% non GMO store buys all their products from local suppliers, which explains the reasonable prices. Bringing your own containers is encouraged, to help put an end to avoidable packaging.
