Future Flyers Cape Town (FFCT) is an Aviation Training Organisation (ATO) as approved by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (Approval number ATO #1511) specialising in the training of Cabin Crew (also known as Flight Attendants).

They have been in existence since 2008 and are the only such privately-owned training facility in Cape Town. The organisation is based in Airport City Park which is geographically ideally suited for airport personnel wanting to re-qualify themselves annually.

All Instructors and Designated Examiners are qualified previous-employed Flight Attendants with more than 70 years collective experience between them and the yearly oversights conducted by the SACAA ensure all training interventions are of a high standard and executed without bias nor prejudice.

Future Flyers’ core business is to provide individuals wishing to pursue a career working on board an aircraft as a Cabin Crew Member with all the competencies required from the grass-roots level and for all pilots wanting to achieve support training competencies. All training manuals, syllabi, equipment and simulators are approved with up-to-date training methodologies which in return ensure a high level of satisfaction in the training experience which further culminates into a good employment success rate at various airlines for students.

They are not a placement agency, but one of their aims is to equip students with the necessary tools (CAA Licence and experience) to make a good impression on airlines when seeking employment.

Future Flyers is also a Transport Education Training Authority (TETA) service provider and a proud BEE Level 1 compliant company.

Their scope of approval with the SACAA includes individual components or a full Cabin Crew training course with a duration of six weeks which includes:

-Safety Emergency Procedures Training (SEPT)

All of the above can be achieved in an aviation-based environment which can make for quite a different training experience.
