Easter Sunday lunch
Easter Sunday lunch, 17 April, is going to be a feast of monumental proportions. Fabulous Amarula Dom Pedros kick off the day as the welcome drink. Guests will be treated to a starter featuring beetroot tart, feta emulsion and rocket to spiced pumpkin soups and hot cross buns – best everyone arrives with a grumbling tummy. The main buffet caters to vegetarians and meat lovers alike.
Dukkha spiced sirloin with peppercorn jus competes with Korean barbecue pork belly, aioli, sesame and spring onion and butternut and chickpea curry served with butter roti and sambals for prize main course of the day. The glorious Easter lunch is R445 per person, R240 for six – 13-year-olds, R165 for three – six-year-olds and kids under three eat for free.

Easter garden buffet
What is Easter without some magic and mystery? Head Chef, Sergio Adams, has come up with a creative masterpiece, the Easter Garden Buffet, featuring speckled egg chocolate bark, edible stones, chocolate pudding with marshmallow and vanilla pod crème anglaise inside, sugar cookies, sweet jars and so much more.
If that wasn’t enough, there’ll be a waffle station with chocolate sauce, berry compote, Chantilly cream, maple syrup, caramel popcorn, mini marshmallow and candy floss. Enjoy this sumptuous buffet and distract those sticky, little fingers with the ‘eggciting’ Easter Egg Hunt as well as a visit from the star of the show, The Easter Bunny.
