Whether you’ve been scrolling through the internet or taking a leisurely stroll through the park, there’s no doubt that you’ve heard whispers of Netflix’s latest documentary, The Tinder Swindler.
The two-hour documentary is currently on the streaming platform’s global most-watched list, an unsurprising fact as the explosive film left many having to pick their jaw up from the floor. The documentary asks singletons around the world a very important question – would this happen to me? A serious question that demands serious answers. Despite the grim outlook that these three swindled women now face, the documentary has given us some hilarious gems, including a few of Simon’s now-famous catchphrases.
Countless companies were all too happy to piggyback off the success of the film, including retail giant Checkers, who joined the hype via its Sixty60 online delivery service by name dropping a few of the phrases in the film and integrating it into its app.
Now, Simon Leviev is breaking his silence, offering a bit of a South African twist.
South African actor Glen Biderman-Pam and Panther Punch have come together in the best way possible, giving South Africans something to chuckle about and Sixty60 a run for their money. Biderman-Pam dons his best Leviev impression and demands the delivery app give him his account back as he “needs groceries to succeed.”
