Cape Town’s favourite stand-up comedian Marc Lottering, will be bringing some much-needed comic relief to your home this Saturday. The show, My Fellow South Africans, will livestream from 7.30pm tomorrow night and run until June 20. To add an extra bit of lockdown love to the show, Cape Town’s very talented duo Acoustic Element will be the opening act.

Coming to you live from Penny Lane Studios, tickets to the show are available on Quicket and cost R70.

This is Marc Lottering’s first live-stream comedy show, so attendees will be in for a hilarious ride. He obviously has much steam to blow off.

He invites you to wash your hands, sanitize your mask, smoke your tea, and spend 50 happy minutes with him.

“It’s so exciting to be a part of something we planned on watching from our couch, now we’re going to get front row tickets to the show. Oh, and we’re playing too! Marc’s one of SA’s best and we’re super stoked to be opening up for him this Saturday,” said AE’s Jody Abel.

In another first, Marc will be accompanied by two South African Sign Language Interpreters to make the festivities fun and inclusive too.
