The lively suburb of Sea Point, with its palm-lined Sunset Boulevard-esque seaside road, trendy restaurants and intriguing stores, has been even more alive ever since the opening of Mojo Market, which now has a brand new, spirits-only bar, The Monastery, among it’s variety of food and drink stalls.

Mojo Market is known to offer a huge number of choices when it comes to unique alcoholic beverages, and whether visitors are wine connoisseurs, lovers of local brews or enjoy well-distilled gins, they will be satisfied.

Earlier this year, the popular market opened tap’d bar, which offers beer lovers 100 different brews to choose from. Some would argue that there’s no better place than tap’d to throw back a cold one.

Another addition to the Sea Point-based drinking hub that came along was bottl’d, the ultimate indoor wine experience where visitors can swirl, sip and savour 100 different varieties of delightful wines.

With all of these options under one roof one would expect the selection at Mojo to stop there, but there’s even more now the Monastery has made its arrival. At this bar, guests can enjoy a unique and classic selection of its ‘divine spirits’, which range from local gins to 100% pure agave tequilas.

You can’t go wrong when looking for a spot to spend the evening with friends. Mojo Market has it all: good drinks, entertainment, hip local retailers and, of course, mouthwatering food options from stall to stall which you can find to complement your choice of drink.

If you haven’t paid this buzzing hub a visit in a while we suggest you get to it so you can see what you’ve been missing.
