Tinstwalo Boulders is a new boutique villa that is nestled in the mountains of Simon’s Town – providing panoramic views across Boulders Beach perfect for watching African penguins waddle around.
The Tintswalo brand is renowned for offering elegant and luxurious accommodation services across the country, from safari lodge experiences to seaside getaways. The property is the second addition of the accommodation service in the Western Cape, with the first Tintswalo Atlantic acclaimed as an award winning ‘hidden gem’ of the Cape.
Opening on October 1, Tintswalo Boulders hosts nine suites along with a children’s suite and serves as a bed and breakfast or private villa. Five of the luxury suites and one children’s suite are part of the private villa – making it the ideal Cape getaway for the whole family. Tintswalo Boulders can accommodate 18 adults and two children at maximum capacity.
The additional four suites are tailored to couples needs with luxurious finishes and en-suite bathrooms for a romantic escape from the city.
Each room is decorated with opulent features and balconies which provide a picture perfect view of the iconic Cape sunsets. Each room is named after famous ships, such as the May Flower and Cutty Sark, in homage to the maritime history of the area.
The villa packages includes, airport transfers, free Wi-Fi, full breakfast and afternoon canapés with an option of a private chef available on request. The new development forms part of the Tintswalo Classic Collection.

The premium villa escape is running an exclusive launch special for guests. When booking a two night stay at the villa, a complimentary third night will be given to guests until March 31 2019. This special does not apply during the peak season of December 15 – January 15 2019.
