2. 1920’s Jazz Dinner at Tobago’s Restaurant
To prepare for the upcoming ’20s, Tobago’s Resturant is hosting a party that takes you back to the 1920s. A jazz inspired themed dinner, live entertainment, and a midnight fireworks display is what you can expect on this retro evening.
You’ll be treated to a welcome drink on arrival, a three course buffet dinner, and a glass of wine to enjoy the fireworks with. Kids under 12 eat at half price and kids under 5 eat for free.

3. New Years Carnival at Hout Bay Manor
For something completely out of the ordinary, head to Hout Bay Manor for their New Years Carnival.

There will also be a swing band on sight to ensure that you dance your way into 2020.

4. Kirstenbosch New Years Eve Concert
Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts is bringing you a New Years Eve concert to ensure that 2020 starts off with a bang.

5. Comedy Show and Party
They say laughter is the best medicine. There is no better way to let go of the stress of an entire year than to laugh it off at a comedy show. Make your way to the Cape Town Comedy club, for just that.
Comedians Mel Jones (MC), Yaaseen Barnes and Shimmy Isaacs will be on stage for 90 minutes to keep you laughing. DJ Shane Langdon, will be there to make sure the party doesn’t stop.
