There are few cities as health-conscious as Cape Town, and juices are a good way to get your nutrients in without feeling like you’ve had a heavy meal. Here are some places to grab a great juice on the go.

Nourish’d:

This plant-based eatery has a number of juices available on its menu which all have specific purposes for drinking. Make your choice between immune boosting, digestion aid and mood-lifting juices, just to name a few.

There are stores in Observatory and Kloof.

The Conscious Kitchen:

Another plant-based eatery, this one offers a number of delicious juices to have on the go, or for you to order in bulk during a juice cleanse.

Try the Black Tie juice if you’re nursing a hangover, or the Uprooted juice for some kick before you begin your day.

There are locations in both Kloof Street and Observatory.
