With self-isolation and a national lockdown going on, sportsmen and women are missing their gym time. It’s clear, however, that being stuck at home won’t stop them from keeping fit and preparing for a game-day somewhere in the future.
The stay home sport challenge (#StayHomeSportChallenge) has been making the rounds online. While emphasising how important it is to stay home during this time, the challenge brings people together in isolation.
It’s lighthearted and fun, helping to take our minds off of the seriousness that may be causing some anxiety.
Take a look at how the sports community is coming together:

While it’s all fun and games, the sporting community is also urging South Africans to be safe and take care of themselves and one another.
