Cape Town fans have called out for more and STING has answered.

The additional concert day will see STING shaking up the stage alongside guitarist Dominic Miller and renowned drummer Chris Maas on Wednesday, 26 March 2025.
Tickets for the extra performance went on sale at 9am on Monday, 16 September. One day later and all Mezzanine-level tickets have been sold, with clusters of the retractable and floor sections already taken.
Promising an electrifying performance of his most loved hits and rarities from his timeless discography, STING 3.0 is set to represent a new dynamic era in his illustrious music career.
When British singer STING returns to Cape Town in March next year for his ‘STING 3.0’ Tour, ticket prices will start at R1 310 for the least desirable seats at the GrandArena, GrandWest, Cape {town} Etc reports.

Tickets went on sale to the general public at 9am on Friday, 13 September, and prices are significantly higher than for his previous tour in 2023. Back then, tickets started at R800, but this time, even the most distant ‘nosebleed’ seats on the Mezzanine level are priced at R1 310, marking a 63% increase.
Moving closer to the stage, ticket prices rise steeply. Seats in the back rows of the retractable section cost between R1 935 and R2 275, while prime seating on the sides near the front of the stage will set fans back R3 165. On the floor, the prices climb further: tickets in the middle of Block F are currently available for R3 690, and front-row seats reach up to R4 740.
However, these prices might still seem reasonable compared to other cities. In Toronto, tickets for STING’s shows this week start at around R3 000, while catching him at Brooklyn Paramount in October could cost up to R7 000 per ticket.
