The ever-popular Cape Town Summer Market is back at the Company’s Garden after a two-year hiatus, and this year’s market promises to be bigger and better than before.

The Summer Market has been around for over 20 years and encompasses all that is uniquely Cape Town. With over 150 stalls selling a range of crafts, foods, novelties and clothing, there’s something for everyone, with lots of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy.
Included in the festivities are:
- The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Final on 18 December will be broadcast on big screens
- Live performances from some of Cape Town’s top musicians
- A kids’ play area
- A car show
The City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Economic Growth, Alderman Vos, said, “This year we’re going all out with the Cape Town Summer Market because, when people buy from local businesses and traders, more rands end up circulating within communities.”
