Extremely high fire conditions are on the cards for parts of the Western Cape, as the South African weather service warns.
The fire warning subscribes to residents in the Cederberg region, however, the rest of Cape Town will also see hotter temperatures. The high for today is expected to reach between 26 to 28 degrees.
The fire danger warnings have been issued from today, 7 June and precautions are advised until 11 June as hot weather continues.
Meanwhile, the Northern Cape has also had fire warnings issued for Richtersveld, Namakwa District and Matzikama.
